AMD cuts the prices of the Radeon HD 7000 graphics

In response to the recent launch of the NVIDIA GTX 660 Ti, AMD has reported the reduction of prices of some of its dedicated graphics midrange-high chips.

NVIDIA has hit the top of the table with the GTX 660 Ti, surely the most dedicated graphics market value for price / performance.

AMD’s response was not long in coming down the reference price of competing models with and especially the Radeon HD 7950:
Radeon HD 7950 Boost from 349 to 319 U.S. dollars.
Radeon HD 7870 Edition GHz 299 to $ 249.
• Radeon HD 7850 2GB 209 to $ 189.
