ASUS has expanded its range of computer monitors, by releasing two new devices: ASUS PA248QJ for professional users whose work for processing graphic content and ASUS VG27AH for gamers.

ASUS PA248QJ is a professional monitor has a diagonal of 24 inches screen (16:10 aspect ratio), and supports a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels. This model uses the IPS-matrix, providing 100% coverage of the color space sRGB. Also available there is LED-light, contribute to achieving high-contrast images with low power consumption. As a result, the static contrast ratio is 1000:1, dynamic contrast ratio (ASCR) – 80 000 000:1. The maximum brightness is 300 cd/m2. Response time announced at 6 ms (GtG). Of connection interfaces available are DisplayPort, DVI and HDMI. It is additionally equipped with new integrated USB 3.0 hub and four corresponding ports. The set comes with a monitor calibration kit Spyder4 ™ EXPRESS (software plus calibrator).

ASUS VG27AH gaming model has the screen size of 27 inches and supports Full HD resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. This device has an opportunity to demonstrate stereoscopic images and screen refresh rate of 120 Hz. The monitor also contains a matrix of IPS and LED backlight. The maximum brightness of 250 cd/m2, a dynamic contrast ratio – 80000000:1, Response Time – 5 ms. Of the interfaces are two connectors HDMI 1.4, one VGA port and DVI-D, and 3.5-mm audio input and output. Additionally the device comprises of two speakers.
