HTC has introduced a new standard for wireless transmission of media content on home appliances – HTC Connect. It should be noted that this type of solution has its competitors, namely the Samsung and Sony.

According to official data, the HTC Connect is a new way to connect digital devices in the home. Certification of products to work with the HTC Connect will implement this decision as a new standard of consumer electronics, and soon a series of smartphones will be updated that contains this feature.
Of course, without the support of third-party manufacturers of household appliances new standard is doomed to failure. The HTC understands this, and the company has signed an agreement with Pioneer Electronics. Pioneer’s product line in 2012, equipped with DLNA (audio / video devices, wireless speakers), will support the new standard for transmission of multimedia content from the NTS. This applies to all subsequent devices from Pioneer Electronics. So, future of electronics is taking a smart change. In future, we may have control of everything in our home with the help of our smarter smartphone.
