iPhone 5 and Sony Xperia Z : Comparison and features

Xperia Z has a quad core 1.5GHz Qualcomm S4 Pro processor to boost the processing performance. Apple iPhone 5 has a 1.3 GHz dual code processor. 2GB of RAM is also provided with Sony Xperia Z as compared to 1GB of RAM in iPhone 5.

Not only speed but the Sony Xperia Z merits in resolution also which is another advantage over the iPhone 5.It has 1920 x 1080 resolution at approx 441 pixels per inch. iPhone 5 on the other side has a resolution of 1136 x 640 at approximately 326 pixels per inch. Sony Xperia has Sony’s Mobile Bravia Engine and runs on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean. sOne needs to see how long the battery last with such good resolution.

The Apple iPhone 5 comes with 3 storage options viz. 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. Sony has given users a 16GB RAM option with a facility to increase the RAM using the SD slot. The Sony Xperia 5 back and front cameras are also powerful giving 13MP and 2.1MP resolution. iPhone 5 has 8MP and 1.2MB back and front resolution cameras.One thing to note that Sony Xperia 5 is a waterproof camera as claimed by Sony.

So which one you go for? It all depends on your personal choice. If you are fond of thinner, lighter and smaller phones then iPhone 5 is your best bet. If you are fond of processing power, good resolution, bigger screen then Sony Xperia Z stands out amongst the two.
