Following the budget laptop within range of S-series, Lenovo introduced at the exhibition IFA 2012 in Berlin, a 15-inch ultrabook Lenovo IdeaPad U510. With a thickness of 21 mm and a weight of 2.2 kg of it, of course, difficult to attribute to this category of devices, but in a laptop there is room for an optical drive DVD (or optional Blu-ray).

Resolution of Lenovo IdeaPad U510 15.6-inch screen is not impressive, only 1366×768 pixels, but in the base IdeaPad U510 will cost only $ 680. As the hardware platform used by Intel Ivy Bridge and the processor can be set up to the third generation Core i7.

Amount of memory in Lenovo IdeaPad U510 ultrabook is limited to 8 GB maximum amount of disk space – 750 GB (500 GB in the basic kit), plus a 24 – or 32-gigabyte SSD-cache for faster loading and operating system. Communicative possibilities of this ultrabook are USB 2.0 and USB 3.0, VGA and HDMI, SD card reader module and Wi-Fi. Lenovo promises a battery life of the device at 6hours. Moreover, the release date of this Lenovo IdeaPad U510 ultrabook is not revealed but expected release is in the month of September year.
