Nikon D5200 Digital SLR camera: Specs & Features

Nikon has released a new camera model Nikon D5200 SLR. This device is positioned as mid-level solutions. It is based on the 24.1-megapixel CMOS sensor format DX (24 x 16 mm).

Nikon D5200 SLR novelty is equipped with a graphics processor EXPEED 3, 39-point AF system with 9 cross-type sensor and 2016-pixel RGB metering sensor, designed to determine the exposure. In addition, a digital camera Nikon D5200 carries a rotating 3-inch display with a resolution of 921 thousand pixels, built-in flash and hot shoe for an external flash.

The Nikon D5200 SLR device allows you to change the sensitivity range from ISO 100 to ISO 6400 (up to ISO 25600 in extended mode), for shooting in automatic or manual mode. The camera is available 16 preset scene modes and 7 creative effects. Additionally, the support for regimes HDR (combining the two images into a single photo for the best work out the details), and Active D-Lighting (can preserve details in bright and dark areas of the scene.)

Novelty Nikon D5200 SLR can perform continuous shooting images at up to 5 frames per second and record video in Full HD resolution at up to 60 fps with stereo sound. The presented model supports use with accessories: adapter Wireless Mobile Adaptor WU-1a to communicate with mobile devices Apple and Android, the transceiver WR-R10 Wireless Remote, transmitter WR-T10 Wireless Remote, GPS unit GP-1. Digital SLR Camera Nikon D5200 will be available in December of this year at around € 900 for the camera itself, or € 1030 per set, including camera and interchangeable lens with a variable focal length.
