The Nokia Lumia 820 is a mid-range terminal designed for users who want to move to Windows Phone 8 at a reasonable cost. To do this, the firm dispenses the luxuries of Nokia Lumia 920 smartphone offering a new design, specifications and acceptable PureView camera. It goes along the fourth quarter at a price yet to be confirmed.
The proposal for the mass market Nokia Lumia 820 is a smartphone with processor Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 at 1.5GHz, 1GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory, which can extend through a microSD card slot. Its screen, 4.3 inches, offers a native resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and has ClearBlack OLED, which offers improved contrast and more realistic black.
Other specifications of Nokia Lumia 820 includes a camera 8 megapixel with Carl Zeiss optics (LED flash, autofocus) option will LTE (probably only for USA) and 7 Gbytes of space in the cloud via SkyDrive. No deficiencies regarding the software, including all features that have been announced at the launch of Nokia Lumia 920.
The new Nokia Lumia 820 will be available in yellow, blue, purple, white, gray or black over the last quarter of the year. So far, no data on the specific launch date or the price of the this smartphone is revealed by Nokia, so stay tuned for more updates.
