ViewSonic has announced a new range of IPS Monitors in ViewSonic VX70Smh-LED Series

ViewSonic Corporation has announced a new line of computer monitors ViewSonic VX70Smh-LED Series, designed for use in gaming and entertainment.

Monitors within this range combine matrix SuperClear IPS, which provides a wide viewing angle (up to 178 degrees vertically and horizontally) and high color quality, and LED backlighting, which is achieved due to the high contrast and low power consumption.

Originally part of a series of monitors ViewSonic VX70Smh-LED Series offers three models with different screen sizes: ViewSonic VX2770Smh-LED – 27 inches, ViewSonic VX2370Smh-LED – 23 inches, VX2270Smh-LED – 22 inches. In all models, the image resolution is 1920×1080 pixels. The maximum value of the dynamic contrast (MEGA Dynamic Contrast Ratio) stated at 30000000:1. To connect the signal sources available are HDMI and DVI with HDCP (High Definition Content Protection). Additional new items are equipped with integrated speakers with support SRS Premium Sound. As the manufacturer, these devices consume 40% less energy than other monitors with the same diagonal screen. Built-in Eco-mode can further reduce power consumption and extend the life of your monitor.

Models ViewSonic VX2770Smh-LED and VX2370Smh-LED should go on sale in early October for a suggested retail price of $ 320 and $ 190, respectively.
