HIS 7950 IceQ and HIS 7950 IceQ X2 Boost Clock Graphics Card: Specs & Features

HIS company announced the release of two overclocked Radeon HD 7950 in a series of IceQ X, originally dispersed in the factory and equipped with improved cooling system, in this case we are talking about HIS 7950 IceQ and HIS 7950 IceQ X2 Boost Clock graphics card.

Presented new items HIS 7950 IceQ and HIS 7950 IceQ X2 Boost Clock based on the GPU AMD Tahiti, which is produced at rates 28-nanometer manufacturing process, based on the architecture Graphics Core Next. The devices are available to 1792 stream processors, 112 texture units, 128 units Stencil raster operations, 32 blocks of color raster operations, and 3 GB of GDDR5 memory with 384-bit bus access. In the model of HIS 7950 IceQ Boost Clock GPU operating frequency is increased from the reference value of 800 MHz to 850 MHz and can automatically increase up to 925 MHz. For the device HIS 7950 IceQ X ² Boost Clock base frequencies of 850 MHz as well as increased frequency – 950 MHz. In both devices, the memory runs at the nominal frequency of 5000 MHz.

 

Novelty is equipped with advanced power system, providing a more stable power GPU. Also these are equipped with dual-slot graphics card cooling system containing two fans. This cooler provides more efficient cooling at a lower level of noise emitted. For monitors are one interface DVI, one HDMI, and two-port mini-DisplayPort, and the connection to the system by using the interface PCI Express 3.0. New items HIS 7950 IceQ and HIS 7950 IceQ X2 Boost Clock graphics card have the support support DirectX 11.1, Shader Model 5.0, DirectCompute 11, OpenGL 4.2, OpenCL 1.2, as well as technologies AMD CrossFireX, Eyefinity, HD3D, PowerPlay, PowerTune, UVD, ZeroCore Power (saving of energy in idle mode).
