ViewSonic Corporation announced the imminent availability of a new original device – ViewSonic VSD220 Smart Display with touch screen and preloaded operating system Android.

ViewSonic VSD220 Smart Display has a diagonal screen 22 inches and supports Full HD resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The screen is touch-sensitive; it is made on the basis of Optical Touch technology and is able to recognize two simultaneous touches. It is powered by the LED lights of the matrix. The device provides a maximum brightness of 250 cd/m2 and a maximum contrast ratio of 1000:1. The horizontal viewing angles are 170 degrees, Vertical – 160 degrees.

In addition, this ViewSonic VSD220 Smart Display model also contains components that are more typical for smartphones or tablets: dual-core Texas Instruments OMAP 4 processor clocked at 1 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of flash memory, wireless modules Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n and Bluetooth V2.1, 1.3-megapixel camera, two speakers rated at 1 watt, built-in microphone.
