The company ASUS has just announced a new model monitor is known as ASUS VG278HE for enthusiastic users. It is the first monitor in the market to pass the 120 Hz refresh, used in 3D displays. The new monitor offers no less than 144 Hz, which would then be 12 fps in 3D games and videos.

That refresh rate promises a particularly smooth viewing experience in both 2D and 3D images also via NVIDIA 3D Vision 2.

The response time of the panel is only 2 ms, has a resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels and integrates a modest pair of loudspeakers. In terms of connectivity, is served: Dual DVI, D-Sub ( VGA ) and HDMI 1.4 -capable 3D images.

Currently there are no data on the price, but we do know that 3D Monitor ASUS VG278HE is going to hit the market later this year, in the last quarter of the year.
