These are our impressions.

The new Acer Aspire S7 ultrabook boasts a profile of only 1.19 inches, thanks to a new aluminium chassis in one piece and great exercise miniaturization technology. Inside, a powerful processor Intel Core i7-3517U, 8 Gbytes of RAM as standard and a 256 GB SSD are responsible for an ideal support for Windows 8 and any of your applications work with complete fluency.

One of the aspects that have convinced us of the Acer Aspire S7 Ultrabook is its excellent display. The 13.3-inch IPS panel detects up to 10 touch points at the same time has a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and is built with technology Gorilla Glass 2. Handles graphics integrated solution Intel HD 4000, with more than enough power for the scenario you are targeting.

In terms of connectivity, the Acer Aspire S7 has the essential, given its size: It incorporates two ports USB 3.0, an output micro HDMI, card reader and headphone output. Acer Aspire S7 13inches ultrabook have a suggested retail price of 1699 euros and is available in the usual distributors. Later we will see also a version with 11.6-inch screen with Intel Core i5 and micro SSD of 128 GB for 1599 euros.
