HP Envy TouchSmart & Spectre XT TouchSmart Ultrabooks and HP Envy X2 tablet revealed: Specs & Features

HP has demonstrated several of their own mobile solutions based on the upcoming Windows 8 operating system and equipped with touch screens. One of the novelties is a hybrid tablet HP Envy X2, and two devices are the ultrabooks HP Envy TouchSmart.

HP Envy X2 tablet

Tablet HP Envy X2 is equipped with 11.6-inch touch screen based on a matrix IPS, solid state drive capacity of 64 GB, 8-megapixel camera on the back, HD camera on the front. Also declared support for NFC, allowing users to share content, contacts and links with a simple touch to a compatible disorders.

This HP Envy X2 tablet features used in conjunction with a plug keyboard unit, which contains a number of additional connectors. Tablet weight is about 680 g, and the total mass of the tablet and keyboard unit – about 1.4 kg.

HP Envy and HP Spectre XT TouchSmart Ultrabook

On other side, HP Spectre XT TouchSmart Ultrabook includes a 15-inch touch screen, solid state drive capacity of 32 GB and a hard drive capacity of 500 GB. Of interface connections are available Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0 and HDMI. The device has a thickness of 17.9 mm and a weight of 2.16 kg. The basic configuration is estimated by the manufacturer at $ 1,400. As options are available for a fee, offers solid state drives with a capacity of 128 or 256 GB.

HP Envy TouchSmart Ultrabook

Model HP Envy TouchSmart Ultrabook is equipped with four 14-inch touch screen. Its thickness is 23 mm, and weight – 2.16 kg. Configuration of the device may include a hard disk capacity of 500 GB of flash memory as a cache or solid state drive capacity of 128 GB. As an option, have the option of installing AMD discrete graphics card with 2 GB of memory.
