Huawei unveiled the Huawei Ascend G615 in Germany, which is an Android OS powered smartphone, having all the mid-range features and specifications, and descent hardware. It comes with a 4.5 inch IPS LCD with 1.4GHz HiSilicon K3V2 quad-core processor and 8 GB of internal RAM.
We had earlier reviewed the Huawei Ascend G600 and here we are trying to compare it with the latest Huawei Ascend G615 samartphone. Both the handsets run on Google Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS where Huawei Ascend G615 can be upgraded to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
There are quite visible changes in the specs of the Huawei Ascend G615. The internal memory has been increased from 4GB to 8GB. It has a Dolby Digital Plus audio technology, a whole host of the Google services and other regular features of an Android phone. The processor has been upgraded from dual-code 1.2 GHz to quad-code1.4 GHz HiSilicon processor.

Huawei Ascend G615 hosts various Google apps like Google Play store, Google Talk, Gmail, Google Maps, Google +. One can connect to Facebook and Twitter using Wi-Fi connectivity. It has Text to speech convertor as well as Google Voice Search
So the verdict is both the Huawei Ascend G615 and Ascend G600 are loaded with similar specifications. If the concern is on a faster processor, memory and improved battery backup, the Huawei Ascend G615 offering should be the right one. The Huawei Ascend G615 handset will be offered at 300 Euros in Germany.
