Microsoft is preparing the second wave of Surface tablets with Windows RT and Windows 8, this time rumors suggests are that there will be not one, not two, but three new models Microsoft Surface RT 2, Surface Pro 2 and Surface Book.

These models would not follow the current design line Surface RT and Surface Pro, or in size or hardware:
• Surface RT 2, with 8.6 inch screen and Qualcomm chipset to replace the current NVIDIA.
• Surface Pro 2, 11.6 inch with AMD chip series APU replaces the Core i5.
• Surface Book, screen of 14.6 inches and Haswell processor.

As we see, little to do with the current exception Surface Windows 8. Especially significant would be the Microsoft Surface Book Model, a new concept to the big screen and that Microsoft would enter fully own brand PC market, since it would be an Ultrabook convertible in the making.

At present nothing has been confirmed officially, but Microsoft Surface RT 2, Surface Pro 2 and Surface Book could change the conditions of Microsoft in the era of “devices, devices & devices”. Also, Surface Pro 2 would be featuring HD ready resolution, normally used in the 14” notebook laptop and Surface Book could be interesting with its full HD display and 4GB of RAM.
