The South Korean manufacturer Samsung has prepared its new Samsung Exynos 5440 processor chip that is based on the powerful Core Cortex A15, and according nomenclature seems to indicate that it will be quad-core. And already there are so many rumors that this Exynos chip will be integrated in Galaxy SIV, clocked at 2GHz.
Currently there are no specs on it but this processor, but Samsung Exynos 5440 will be based on technology big.LITTLE,-the same as used for your next processor would use 8 cores, 1.8 GHz quad-core Cortex A15 and other Cortex A7 core model with 1.2 GHz. Also there ZTE has revealed its 8-core processor Smartphone ZTE Apache which may welcome the era of smartphone in year 2013.
