The answer is it depends. Homemade tzatziki sauce will be much healthier than storebought tzatziki sauce because you are using fresh ingredients, less sodium, no artificial preservatives… Storebought tzatziki is a healthyish dip as long as it’s made with healthy ingredients rather than cheap vegetable oils.
